Just a random note on some things you might find useful if you are learning Japanese.
I have a lifetime subscription for Wanikani, a kanji flashcard app. it’s that good.
If you’re ever the kind of person to read Reddit’s /r/relationships or similar relationship advice columns, Hello Mikitty is like a Japanese equivalent. Run by former Morning Musume idol Miki Fujimoto, she regularly has life advice (or “人生相談”) videos. To be honest, I just watch this for fun, not for any particular language learning reason, but it’s a pretty fun way to get in some Japanese listening skills.
There’s a show on Netflix called 不適切にもほどがある! that was a bit of a hidden gem for me.
