Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji

These are a series of mountains that give Mt Fuji views during the hike or from the summit. They're located mostly in the Fuji Five Lakes area, but are also spread out across the Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefectures as well. The hiking app I use, YAMAP, has a 富嶽三十六景ハイキング digital badge you can collect so I'm setting out to climb them all! So far I've climbed 32 /36.

As they're mostly lower elevation mountains, I've been focusing on climbing these in the colder months, when your chances of seeing Mt Fuji will increase.
